WCONLINE is temporarily offline to keep your data safe.

Your data is safe, and this is not a security incident. We have made the difficult decision to take WCONLINE briefly offline as a precaution so that it stays that way.

Earlier today, a critical security vulnerability was announced in PHP, the technology that WCONLINE and many websites worldwide are built on. Security experts are advising organizations that hold sensitive data to consider taking their applications offline until a patch is available. We made the difficult decision to follow that advice. We would rather pause service for a few hours than leave your center’s information exposed during that time.

The patch is expected Wednesday, October 21, at 14:00 UTC (10:00 AM Eastern / 7:00 AM Pacific). Our technical team is ready to install it the moment it’s released. We will bring WCONLINE back online as soon as the patch is applied and verified.

This is an unprecedented situation, and we know the disruption is real for your center, your tutors, and your students. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Protecting your information is always our highest and utmost priority.
